We want to thank you for the wonderful job you did as the builder of our new home in Manchester. This is our "dream" home. You worked well with our architect to build our "dream", the first home we have ever owned. It truly is a beautiful, well constructed house. Everyone who sees it is very pleased with the design and the quality of the construction. Early in the construction, someone driving by saw it, stopped, and offered to buy it. Whenever a problem arose, you always had constructive, workable ideas on how to solve it. As we had questions about the construction, you were readily available to answer them. The sub-contractors were excellent, too. Many people have commented about the beautiful counter tops and the tile work. We look forward to moving into our new home at the end of the month.

Working with Dan and his crews made building a new home both exciting and fun. Many people tried to discourage me from taking on such a big project based on their negative experiences with other builders. I am glad I didn't let their experiences influence my decision to go after my dream home. Both the building process and the end results exceeded my expectations. My hilly, odd shaped lot, the narrow curvy driveway, and my "save the trees" attitude added to the challenges Dan worked around, while still keeping a smile. He was up front and honest about any hurdles that we encountered along the way, and quick with alternatives to overcome them. My last minute changes and "new ideas" were taken seriously and accommodated when practical. Considering my changes and typical building obstacles, the house was finished within the time frame and budget I was told up front. Dan Thank you so much for our new Elk roof. When you told us you could strip and re shingle our 36 square roof in one day, we were very skeptical. But your guys showed up early and stayed late and finished it that day. Amazing. They were very friendly and courteous and did a great job cleaning up at the end of the day.
