Best Roof is the roofing division of Allen Building Company Inc., one of south central Michigan’s premier new home builders. We have been building high end and high quality homes in Washtenaw and Jackson Counties since 1992.

As the owner of Allen Building Company and Best Roof, I can tell you that we have never cut corners on a customer's home, and I can promise you that we never will. I will not risk my reputation and integrity to make an easy buck. In fact, when you hire Best Roof, I will personally visit your job site every day to ensure that our standard of quality is always being maintained.

A chain is only as strong as its weakest link and a roofing company is only as good as its installers.  All of our installers are local craftsmen who have worked with us for 10 years or more, and every one has been factory trained and certified.  We're proud of the fact that we have never had a customer call to complain about our installers, their work, or a roof that they installed.

One thing that sets Best Roof apart from other roofing companies is that we offer financing. We have a payment plan to fit almost any budget. Most companies want money down when you sign a contract, and more money when (and if) they start. We ask for no money from you until we have finished the job and you are 100% satisfied. Which way would you rather do business?

Best Roof is licensed and insured to conduct business in Michigan, and is a member of the Better Business Bureau, the National Home Builders Association, the Home Remodelers Association and other local affiliates.
